Individual visual schedules

Individual visual schedules have children's photos and names on the zip so children can identify their folder.

Individual bags of all the visuals needed throughout the week for each child is kept in their schedules.  Children help make up their visual schedules each day and post their visuals back in the bag at the end of each session.

These photos show the first and second session visual strips.  The left hand side is for the session e.g. literacy, numeracy, physical, sensory. The right hand side is for the photo of the adult they will be working with.

 

Each schedule has a personalised session guide for each session.

Each folder has a pen and post-it pad so staff are able to write notes about those things that are going well or any request for information, more equipment etc.
